Frame

Steel frame, zinc-rich primer undercoat finished with an epoxy paint in Grand Grey.

Floor

Magnesium concrete composite (MGO) flooring offers high performance with little to no maintenance, rot, insect resistance, and excellent thermal insulation properties. Flooring is covered with a thick, modern timber-looking vinyl.

Roof

The fixed roof is thick steel sheeting to the exterior and finished with an epoxy paint in Grand Grey. It has a glass-wool underlay for thermal and acoustic insulation. Inside is a steel ceiling finished with an enamel paint in off-white.

Walls

Walls are steel cladding to the exterior and interior, with expanded polystyrene for thermal and acoustic insulation.

Windows & Doors

Windows are aluminium framed and double glazed for thermal and acoustic insulation and come with flyscreens.

External doors are metal framed and double-glazed for thermal and acoustic insulation.

Internal doors to bathrooms are aluminium framed and finished with frosted privacy glass.

Electrical

Electrical cable is pre-wired from an outside cable tail to the Electrical Distribution Board (with circuit breakers), and then to all lights, switches, and power points as per Australian Standard AS3001. It is also pre-wired for an Air Conditioning connection.

A licenced electrician will be required to connect all lights, switches, and power points and mains power to suit your specific requirements.

Bathroom

Corner shower unit with a curved screen, chrome mixer tapware and exhaust fan installed.

I-shaped kitchen with white quartz engineered stone bench top, rear mini splash riser with white cabinets. Stainless steel double bowl sink with ceramic cartridge flick mixer tapware supplied.

Pre-installed kitchen to save set up time.

Plumbing

Hot and cold water ready with brass threaded inlets pre-plumbed to the kitchen and bathrooms.

Grey water is pre-plumbed from the kitchen and bathroom using 50mm PVC pipe to a single outlet.

Waste is pre-plumbed from the toilet using 100mm PVC to a single outlet (P trap through wall).

Installation

Simply place on site and connect to services.
