Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. Regardless of the method of sale, the Product purchased will not be dispatched until Payment is finalised and cleared.
  2. Product will be dispatched within one (1) Business Day of payment being received and cleared.
  3. Payment can be made via any of our approved channels, but payment must clear prior to dispatch of goods. Credit card payments attract a transaction fee or surcharge.
  4. A Limited Replacement Warranty is offered (available on our Website – http://containerdomesandshelters.com.au ). The Purchaser must comply with their requirements of the Limited Replacement Warranty for the Warranty to be valid.
  5. Returns will be allowed for up to fourteen (14) days after date of Receipt of Payment, but only if the goods are not fit for purposes as they were described prior to the Payment or for documented failure with materials or workmanship.
  6. The Purchaser will be responsible for complying with their obligations under the terms of the Limited Replacement Warranty and for the installation of the product in accordance with the Installation Manual.
  7. Goods to be returned shall be at the expense of the Purchaser.
  8. Should the terms of the Limited Replacement Warranty not be complied with by the Purchaser, Liberty Oz at its sole discretion will determine the appropriate resolution to the Warranty Claim.
  9. Postage, freight or Courier rates will be established, determined and notified to the Purchaser prior to the finalisation of the purchase.
  10. Regardless of the cost to the Purchaser, the total value of any refund shall not be more than the price the Purchaser paid for the item, including delivery.
